James is a Vice President of Ad Sales Operations and Finance at Viacom, a global television company with brands such as Nickelodeon, MTV, Comedy Central, and BET.  He is responsible for driving continuous-improvement initiatives, which he has done in standing up an automation Center of Excellence across Viacom and specifically within the Marketing & Partner Solutions department.

Prior to Viacom, James spent 10+ years in Strategy/Management Consulting at Ernst & Young, where his experience has included working with Fortune 500 media, consumer products, and retail clients in the areas of growth strategy, post-merger integration, business performance management, and enterprise profit improvement. He also spent two years at an adTech startup leading business planning and developing company strategy.

James received his MBA in Strategic Management and Marketing & Operations from Wharton with honors and graduated magna cum laude from Taylor University with a B.Sc. in Finance
